MindVoice Meeting ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our macOS application.

2. Audio Data

Our core privacy principle: audio data is processed in real-time and immediately discarded.

• Audio is captured locally on your device and streamed to our speech-to-text provider for transcription.
• Audio data is never saved to disk, stored on our servers, or retained by us.
• Transcribed text is processed for analysis and then stored only as meeting summaries and action items.

3. What We Collect

• Account information: Email address and display name (via Sign in with Apple).
• Meeting summaries: AI-generated summaries, topic tags, and action items derived from transcriptions.
• Usage data: Number of meetings, session duration, feature usage for billing and product improvement.
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.

4. What We Do NOT Collect

• Raw audio recordings
• Full meeting transcripts (only AI-processed summaries)
• Emotion or sentiment analysis data
• Attention state or focus metrics
• Screen recordings or screenshots

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Deepgram: Speech-to-text transcription. Audio is streamed in real-time and not retained.
• OpenAI / Anthropic: AI analysis for topic classification and summarization. Text data is sent via API and not used for model training.
• Stripe: Payment processing.
• Supabase: Account and data storage (hosted in the US).

6. Data Retention

Meeting summaries and action items are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual sessions or your entire account at any time. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data
• Opt out of data processing

8. Children's Privacy

MindVoice Meeting is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via the app or email.
