By using MindVoice Meeting ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

MindVoice Meeting is a macOS application that provides real-time AI-powered meeting assistance, including topic tracking, action item detection, and meeting summarization.

3. Account

You must create an account using Sign in with Apple to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Free plan: Available at no cost with limited features.
• Premium plan: $7.99/month, billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app in violation of any applicable laws, including wiretapping and eavesdropping laws.
• Record or monitor meetings without the consent of all participants where required by law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the app to harass, monitor, or surveil others.
• Share your account credentials with others.

6. Legal Compliance for Recording

Important: You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding recording or monitoring of conversations. Many jurisdictions require consent from all parties. MindVoice Meeting does not store audio, but it does process audio in real-time. Ensure you have appropriate consent before using the app.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, including its code, design, and content, is owned by MindVoice Meeting. Your meeting data (summaries, action items) belongs to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated summaries or action items will be accurate or complete. Do not rely solely on the app for critical meeting outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindVoice Meeting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
